TAKING COMPANY TO NEXT LEVEL

Challenge:
CEO in a small high-tech company faced new demands on leadership and needed to restructure the organization’s priorities and process management due to the company’s rapid growth. This situation left little time to reflect and act on strategic issues.

Solution:
Lisbeth Hedberg prepared a tailor-made coaching program with a special focus on process management for implementing the new strategy, i.e. evaluating alternatives, different perspectives to consider, priorities and leadership challenges.

HANDLING JOB OVERLOAD

Challenge:
Communications Manager at an international medtech company undergoing severe cutbacks was responsible for large communication projects which required considerable information initiatives directed at staff. This put a lot of pressure on the manager.

Solution:
Lisbeth Hedberg gave the manager individual coaching, training in change management and strategic advice during the process.

Outcome:
The manager was able to handle the situation and gained new skills and on-the-job training.
